Before install and download the software packages, you need to make sure your Windows OS version is compatible.

Download and Setup Instructions for Windows
The installation procedure is only for Windows PC. Before that, make sure your PC is connected to the internet and close all running Razer program. Then, follow the steps below to Setup the mice on Windows PC:
- Use the links in the table to download Synapse 3.
- Double-click the file and click [Yes].
- Check the Razer Synapse box and click [Install].
- Select [Skip and Continue] to start the installation process.
- Restart your PC after the installation is complete.
